We have a number of products available to our customers, all of which you can work on as an Excel Telemedia Operator. The products we provide are:
Live 121 Phone Chat
Customers using our phone chat service can select from a variety of operators to speak to, choosing them by different categories and also different areas.
Webcam Service
Customers using our 3G/Webcam service are able to have live video conversations with our operators either over the internet using their webcam or by using their 3G mobile phone. Operators work on their computers from their webcam, whenever they want.
Please note we are not currently recruiting for this service.
Text Chat Service
Customers using our Text Chat service can text our operators anytime day or night, straight from their mobiles. Our operators work on their computers at home, replying to texts sent to them.
