Q. What hours will I be expected to work?
A. This is entirely up to you and one of the main perks of being a chat line operator with Excel Telemedia. You can work as little or as often as you like, and for as long as you like each time you log on. So whether you can spare 20 minutes in the morning, or several hours in the evening, it's up to you.

Q. Can I work at 3am if I want to?
A. Yes, absolutely. Excel Telemedia chat lines are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you can work at any time of day or night that you wish to.

Q. What if I want to work one month and not the next?
A. That's fine - we are totally flexible and you can work whenever you choose. Just keep your PinNo. safe (this will be provided when you join us) and log on whenever you are ready to make some fun calls. There are neither minimal working hours nor obligation, though the more you work, the more you earn.
